The MORE Project and MonaVie!
MonaVie, a worldwide leader in healthy and nutritional drinks is also committed to helping others in the world. One way they do this is with the MonaVie MORE Project, which is the company’s effort to relieve the suffering of people in Brazil who need help. Brazil was chosen because it is the home of the acai berry, which is the heart of the MonaVie blends.
MonaVie was started in 2005 and quickly became a worldwide success. In addition to business success, the founders, Dallin Larsen, Randy Larsen, and Henry Marsh also wanted to create and share abundance in other areas. This includes resources and prosperity.
Because the acai berry brought the founders so much success and abundance they wanted to share and return that success to the country of Brazil where the acai berry is harvested. After meetings and reviews the MonaVie founders decided that the best way to help Brazil was to find ways to help the general population where more than twenty percent lived in extreme poverty.
MonaVie had already helped the Brazilian population by creating a product that used one of their resources, thus creating an income stream. And this income was created just in time as the acai palm trees were being destroyed by poachers who killed the trees in search of a small section called the heart of palm.
